After coming home from her weekend in Cedar City, mom spent this past week with her quilting friends near Scofield, Utah. They did some sight seeing in small Utah towns, shopping and even some quiting. Mom even brought home some pizza from Roys for Elizabeth and I (from our College days in Ephrain). Here is a table runner mom made while on her trip.

The cabin is set at the edge of a beautiful meadow with pine trees around it. It was five days of peace and quiet to visit, sew and watch movies.
One of the fun things that came home from Spring City was a "Monkey Bread" pot from Joseph Bennion at Horseshoe Mountain Pottery. We broke it in tonight and it works GREAT!
